A. Feature

1.The whole machine is novel in shape and compact in structure. The utility model has the advantages of good anaerobic environment, strong sealing performance, high temperature control accuracy and convenient use.

2.Using scientific to achieve high accuracy of anaerobic environment, its constancy is good, and its use is reliable.

3.The temperature of the incubator is controlled by microcomputer technology, liquid crystal display and light touch operation, which can reflect the temperature in the box intuitively and accurately, and can control the temperature automatically. It is an effective temperature limiting protection device to ensure that the culture is fearful in a safe temperature environment.

4. The air circuit switch uses the touch switch to control the solenoid valve, and the operation is light and flexible.

5. The gas circuit device can adjust and control the flow rate and input the required gas.

6.The fan is installed in the incubator to form forced convection, which makes the average temperature in the culture room better.

7. The operation room is equipped with ultraviolet sterilizing lamp, which can effectively avoid miscellaneous bacteria pollution.

8. The front window of the operation room is made of all-transparent holding glass, and the operation can be observed clearly and directly. The operation and use of the front window of the operation room are comfortable, flexible and convenient to use.

9. The studio is equipped with deoxidizing catalytic converter and special inoculating rod sterilizer, as well as a wax melting device at the mouth of the test tube.

C:The requirements for commissioning anaerobic chamber are as follows: (to be provided by the user)

1:Two-bottle of gas (40L carbon steel bottle), one bottle of mixed gas, mixed gas ratio: CO2-5%; H2-10%; N2 (high-purity nitrogen)--90%. Other bottle is 99.99% of high purity nitrogen----The user could buy it in the local.

2.Two bottles of gas with two pressure reducing valves(The minimum output pressure is 0.01 mpa) ----The user could buy it in the local.

3.1 kg of granular molecular sieve shall be used,0.5kg dryer ----Suggest to buy two sets.
