APT, Foshan Applied Process Technologies. We focus on two technologies application: thermal spraying and heat exchanger.
Our heat exchanger plant was set up in 2008, and soon encountered the well-known financial crisis, the economic environment suddenly deteriorated, and we immediately faced the problem of survival. Lowering quality and service standards has become the last trump card of many peers, but this goes against our original intention. We adhere to quality and service. For this reason, we have paid a price. A number of customers have lost, and some shareholders have withdrawn their capital, resulting in an unprecedented financial crisis. But we also got a surprise: after a few months, our lost customers came back with new products and cooperation. These customers are now our most loyal partners.
Over the past 10 years, whether it is to open up the market or to improve the satisfaction of the original customers, we rely on: Never say YES to poor quality and service.
APT's thermal spraying team began to study thermal spraying application technology in 2010. Fortunately, the company currently has a very professional thermal spraying technology team. Especially in aviation and paper machinery applications, we have been providing very professional products and services to domestic customers. Now, APT is the specialist applicator of thermal spraying, we produce a variety of thermal spraying coating, including HVOF, plasma, Arc, D-gun coating, we can provide coating detection and evaluation services, we can provide training services for coating research and development, we provide thermal spraying equipment design, thermal spraying production consumables. I believe that the company's strong technical background, will be able to meet customer demand for thermal spraying process.
Because of our reliable quality and 24-hour service support, we are particularly favored by exporters. According to incomplete statistics, 70% of our current business is exported overseas through traders. With the increase of business, quality management and service problems become more and more prominent. As we all know, TRADERS’ service to overseas customers is microphone-like. In many cases, it cannot solve customers' problems in a timely and professional manner. Overseas customers also cannot have the most favorable price and professional service provided by us as manufacturers. You know “focus on satisfying customers’ needs” is our company's way of survival.
