HDPE Geocell is the important application field among many HDPE geocell applications. HDPE Geocell is manufactured from high density polyethylene with three dimensional honeycomb structures and jointly welded by ultrasonic technics. BPM HDPE geocell is widely used for soil stabilization, slope protection, load support, etc. The geocell will be filled with soils, granular, cements or other on-site infill materials when stretched into web structures. If filled small solid, small grid geocell is preferred. On the contrary, larger geogrid geocell is chose to fill large goods.
HDPE Geocell provides long-term durability and high tensile strength to withstand a large amount of lateral force for erosion control, soil stabilization on flat ground, shorelines, steep slopes, multi-layered retaining walls, channel protection and structural reinforcement for heavy duty load support roads and earth retention. HDPE Geocell is the ideal geotechnical material to stabilize the dam of the reservoir or river. HDPE geocell can be stronger when be filled with concrete to support heavy traffic close to the road. Geocell can also improve resistance to erosive forces on steep, unstable slopes exposed to hydraulic or mechanical depths.
