Description:

Screw pumps are low-pressure, dilute-phase conveying equipment. It consists of a motor, a coupling, a bearing seat, a screw shaft, a bearing, a check valve, a mixing chamber, a nozzle, etc. The powder enters the screw conveying pump from the discharge port, and is pushed and forced by the variable pitch screw. Under the action of the jet flow and the pressure difference, the powder quickly enters the conveying pipeline in a suspended flow and is transported to the receiving bin The air is discharged into the atmosphere after being filtered by the material separator at the top of the bunker, and the powder falls into the receiving bin under the effect of gravity to complete the powder transportation.
