Instruction for structure

 

High quality fluffy synthetic fiber filter.M-Pack filter material uses imported filter material made of synthetic fiber.The filter material is processed by four different layers of non-woven fabrics through special process to form an encrypted structure, so that the filter can achieve high dust holding capacity and low resistance, while the needle punch layer and microfiber layer in the filter material also ensure the filtration efficiency of the filter material.

Ultrasonic seamless close-fitting. By ultrasonic sewing technology, the bag is sealed on three sides and sealed with glue at the corner of the back of the frame to ensure that the filter will not be damaged in the harsh working environment.The filter bag uses a reinforcing grille to divide the bag into a uniform horizontal airflow passage, so that the bag can be expanded to the maximum extent, so that the airflow can pass uniformly, which greatly improve effective use area of the filter material, increase the dust holding capacity of the filter, and reduce the pressure on the filter.
