2.What about the lead time?

Sample needs 5-7 days, mass production time needs 20 days for order quantity more than 2000pcs.

3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?

Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.

4. Can I have a sample order before future bulk order?

Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

5. How to proceed an order for led light?

Firstly let us know your requirements or application.

Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.

Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.

Fourthly We arrange the production.

6. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?

Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Yes, we offer 5 years warranty to our products.

8. How about the package of the products? It is branded or neutral?

As a factory all of packages is neutral to support trading company and wholesaler and distributor from all over the world

(Can support customization).

9. How many years do you specialize in led lighting?

We are specialized in LED lighting for 8 years.

10. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

For sample order, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT etc. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. For bulk order,

we use airline or sea shipping for delivery.
