Heap leaching gold or copper heap leaching process line

Heap leaching gold selection is a process of extracting low-grade gold ore or tailings by circulating spraying with sodium cyanide solution to dissolve gold and silver in the ore to form a precious liquid containing gold to recover gold. Heap leaching gold production process mainly consists of the construction of the heap leaching site, the pretreatment of the ore (crushing or granulating), the stacking, the spray leaching, the recovery of gold in the precious liquid containing gold, the disinfection and unloading of the waste mine heap Partial composition.

Application scope of heap leaching method:

1. Large-scale, low-grade gold and silver mines previously considered unusable;

2. Low-grade gold-containing “waste rock” stripped during mining;

3. Medium and low grade gold-bearing ore excavated during geological pit exploration and mine excavation;

4. The gold-bearing grade is slightly higher, but the scale is small, and it is not suitable to build a gold and silver mine in a mechanized dressing plant;

5. Use conventional cyanidation method to deal with economically unfavorable gold mines;

Technological progress: Add auxiliary agents to increase the leaching rate and shorten the leaching time.

(1) Pure oxygen and calcium peroxide will be used in the heap leaching process. The column leaching test results show that the process can improve the heap leaching recovery rate, shorten the leaching cycle, and reduce the consumption of oxides and water.

(2) Adding a surfactant can obviously improve the leaching effect. Adding this surfactant to the leaching test of the broken siliceous oxidized ore increased the leaching rate by 24%; the heap leaching test of the muddy ore increased the leaching rate by 4%.
