JP42C1 water tower fire truck is a main battle vehicle having functions of water tanker, foam truck and high-spray truck. It is widely used in fire fighting and rescue work in middle and high-rise buildings in towns, mines, oil fields, and factories. It is a preferred equipment in fire fighting of middle and high-rise buildings, in rescue of person in distress and rescue of property.
1. As the truck adopts the distributed control technology based on PLC and CAN bus, the luffing angle and extension can be detected reliably by a new device, to achieve the automatic and reliable leveling, the dynamic monitoring of actions of superstructure and lower structure, the rick information provided on the human-computer interaction interface, and the smooth action of the superstructure without impact.
2. The hydraulic system adopts a variable displacement pump + electro-hydraulic proportional closed center-core load sensing control system. The system flow is stable, so that the operating speed is not affected by the load change. This system has no pressure loss and is energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
