Milk cream separator ----Factory direct sale
Disc stack centrifuge is a automatic working centrifuge with self cleaning , all contact parts made by SS304 or SS316L(Depend on customer requirements ) . widely used for milk cream separation , plant oil ,animal oil ,coconut milk separation process.
Due to their special design, disk stack centrifuges work at a higher rotation speed than other centrifuges such as decanters. As a result, the centrifugal acceleration (g-force) generated by a disk stack centrifuge is significantly more powerful than in decanter centrifuges. Moreover, the disks included provide a large clarifying area. Thus, it is possible to separate ultra fine solid particles from a liquid and to separate liquid mixtures in an efficient way.
Features:
1.Machine starts the friction to start off, about six to ten minutes. the machine runs smoothly, low noise and vibration, the
installation path is very easy to operate.
2.The bearings use imported FAG, transducer using Japan brand “ Fuji”, the main strengthen parts of Roller body and Roller cover use 2Cr13,and the other parts of contacted materials such as Disc all use SS304.
3.The Stainless steel cover use SUS304.
4.The base use casting steel, coating does the same way as ship bottom.
