Made with 100% rice grown in Hiroshima Prefecture, this junmaishu sake is the pride of our company. For typical junmaishu sake, the polishing ratio of the rice averages 70%, but for this product, it is further polished to 65% to bring out more flavor. As a result, it has a mellow chestnut aroma and a refreshing dry flavor with a crisp acidity.
[Serving Suggestions] You can enjoy this sake at wide variety of temperatures, from chilled to room temperature or warmed.
