Gantry hydraulic shear machine is compact in structure, and its body is made of steel plate welded into a box structure, with stable mechanical properties. The shear cylinder is connected by ball joint, which improves the stability and service life of the cylinder, adding  the front plate guide device, and improves the stress condition of the whole machine. It is one of the ideal equipments in metal recovery industry and casting workshop for charge processing. It adopts electrohydraulic control, simple operation and automatic cycle of inching and linkage。

1. The gantry shear machine adopts hydraulic transmission, compared with the mechanical transmission shear machine, with small
volume, light weight, small inertia, low noise, smooth action, easy to operate, flexible, large shear section, easy to adjust

2. The gantry shear machine has manual, automatic and remote control functions, It is easy to operate and control, scissors mouth

3. The gantry shear machine is designed to be fast. Without increasing the power of the motor and the displacement of the oil
pump, the speed remains fast under the large shear force(about 400-1600 tons), and the speed will be automatically changed
when the shear force become larger.then Restore the original shear force, thus it almost double work efficiency.

4. The gantry shear with rapid device.Without increasing motor power and the displacement of the oil pump, a fast loop was
designed to increase the shear speed from 8 times per minute to 12 times per minute (referring to the timesof scissors
opening), which nearly doubled the work efficiency.This function is the original creation in theNational peer enterprise.

In working principle, through automatic feeding box,after the material is grabbed to the upper material box, the waste is automatically sent to the cutting edge by the conveyor belt, and the feeding speed can be adjusted by the speed regulating motor. The two sides of the material box are equipped with side extrusion oil cylinders. Gantry shear maintenance:

1.What’s the capacity of the gantry shearing machine?
We have many different models, which have different baling capacity. Also we can suggest the suitable model according to your capacity requirements.

2.Voltage
Usually it requires 380V, 3 phase,50-60Hz. We also can design different voltages according to your requirement, such as 220V,415V, 450V etc. You just need to tell us yourvoltage value before manufacturing.

3.How to Install ?
a.For vertical baler machines, no need to install. This kind of machine is exported by complete unit. When you receive the machine, you only need to connect it with the power (usually 3 phase, 380V), and fill the hydraulic oil(HF#46or #68) as per user manual.
b.For horizontal machines, we can provide installation service. Installation and training are free, but our technician’s chargesof freight tickets, hotels and food etc are on your account.

4.What Payment terms we accept ?
We usually accept 30% deposit by TT as deposit for regular size machine, balance before shipment.And 50% deposit by TT as deposit for customized machine, balance before shipment.

5.What is your minimum order quantity, can you send me samples?
