The company possesses the world class level technologies and equipment (inductotherm vacuum degassing smelting furnace in America,Foseco casting process in England,SPECTRO spectrum analyzer in Germany,and then most advanced sand treatment system in China,etc).Through various working procedures involving the process design,molding,smelting,thermal treatment,finishing and quality inspection,it produces high-chromium iron,high manganese steel,low alloy steel,heat resistant steel as well as stainless steel castings,and other products with the maximum weight of 12 tons per piece.The annual production capacity is 20,000 tons.The self-developed vertical mill parts and many other types of OEM kits,rollers,hammer heads,liners etc have been widely used in metallurgy,electric power, nonmetallic mine,chemical industry and other industries.
