4.1 Boom System Boom system relies on the advanced boom technology of concrete boom pump truck. It is specially designed on the concept of Finite Element Analysis, Dynamics Simulation Analysis, Modal and Dynamic Response Analysis, and strictly tested by Anti-fatigue Service. Life Test and Flaw Detection Test which effectively decrease peak value of boom stress and ensure longer service life and higher reliability. 4.2 Hydraulic system Hydraulic pump and valves are Rexroth from Germany with excellent performance, low noise and high reliability. 4.3 Slewing Mechanism and Gearbox Slewing gearbox is Comer from Italy with steady, reliable performance and longer service life.
4.4 Climbing Device The climbing device is with two jacking oil cylinders and adjustable supporting legs which could be easily dismantled and installed, very flexible and reliable. There are two kinds of climbing device for choice, floor type climbing or elevator well type climbing. 4.5 Electric Control System Main components are Schneider from France or Omron from Japan, steady and reliable. Wire remote controller and wireless remote controller are equipped for remote and safe operation. 4.6 Tubular Column Tubular column is made of high strength steel and could be modularized with light weight for installation according to client’s demands on site.
