HGY Series climbing concrete placing boom could be floor fixed climbing type or elevator well shaft climbing type. The boom length could be 28m, 32m with 3 foldable arms or 33m, 36m with 4 foldable arms. This kind of climbing concrete placing booms could be also used as stationary concrete placing boom fixed on foundation and widely used for high building projects.

4.1 Boom System
Boom system relies on the advanced boom technology of concrete boom pump truck. It is specially designed on the concept of Finite Element Analysis, Dynamics Simulation Analysis, Modal and Dynamic Response Analysis, and strictly tested by Anti-fatigue Service. Life Test and Flaw Detection Test which effectively decrease peak value of boom stress and ensure longer service life and higher reliability.

Hydraulic pump and valves are Rexroth from Germany with excellent performance, low noise and high reliability.
4.3 Slewing Mechanism and Gearbox
Slewing gearbox is Comer from Italy with steady, reliable performance and longer service life.
