How to register GOEIC

Description

Manufacturers of Egyptian exports (attached with the detailed list) are required to register with the Egyptian General Administration of import and export control (goeic). The customs of Egypt will not release the products of the manufacturers whose registration has not been completed. The new rules will come into force two months after they are introduced (March 1, 2016).
The registration shall be completed by the legal representative of the manufacturer, the brand owner or the legal principal of the first two. The information required for registration is as follows:
1. Copy of the business license of the manufacturer;
2. Certificate of legal entity and business scope;
3. Manufacturer's own brand and its agent or authorized brand information;
4. The Quality Supervision certification applied for and obtained by the factory, the certification of compliance with environmental standards and International Labor Organization Conventions, and the certification of International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation Organization (ILAC);
5. Agree to accept the verification of the safety production and environmental standards of the plant by the Egyptian technical team.
The list of goods to be registered is as follows:
Retail dairy products; canned fruit and dried fruit; retail retail oil and fat; retail chocolate and other cocoa containing foods; sugar; pasta; retail juice; purified water, mineral water and soft drinks; cosmetics, skin care products, dental care products, deodorants, toiletries, perfume; retail soap, soap and detergent products; ground cover products; tableware and kitchenware; bath. Basins, wash basins, toilets; toilet paper, toilet paper, diapers; ceramic tiles; glass tables; iron tools for military industry; household appliances such as stoves, fryers, air conditioners, fans, washing machines, mixers, water heaters; furniture and office furniture; bicycles, motorcycles and electric vehicles; clocks and watches; household lighting equipment; children's toys.
