FM160 soft tube filling and sealing machine is a full automatic double stations type. Adopting advanced drive technology and combining domestic actual circumstances, the unique main drive system is designed. Mechanical cam is a forged steel part which assures durability; Cylinder severed as spring of cam roller assures constant elasticity. Adopting advanced imported synchronous belt delivering tube cup, encoder and PLC communication programming and touch screen operator panel, the machinery operation is controlled by mechanical cam and pneumatic component etc. The machine provides secure and stable production at high speeds via frequency converter to modulate the velocity, so making filling more precise. In order to correspond to GMP demands, the wearable sliding bearing above work table is imported from Germany, unnecessary to oil, thereby reducing pollution; In order to guarantee stable and reliable operation, worm gear and worm screw main motor is imported from Italy; In order  to protect machine, torque limiter and tightened are imported from Germany to prevent the overload; In order to guarantee high speed operation ,the synchronous belt is imported from Italy; In order to avoid leakage of filling, seal ring is imported from Japan; The whole machine advances both in configuration and allocation, equipped with Chinese fault indication and alarm signaling system, owning such characteristics as ease of handling for maintenance and cleaning and operation. The machine may be used independently, or united with fully automatic carton package machine, fully automatic shrink film package machine to become a linkage production line.

A: 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment,or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight.
