Features
The advantage of YJ high speed oscillators is that a large number of samples can be dispersed under the same conditions, thus improving the test speed and ensuring the reproducibility and repeatability of the test. The number of samples depends on the size of the sample tank and the maximum load of 30KG.
The equipment is geometrical along the ellipse trajectory in the vertical direction from the back to the front motion, the vibration range is 45mm under no load, and 32mm under load. The vibration frequency is about 700 plus or minus 40 beats per minute, and centrifugal force is 20 times the load.
Cooling device consists of two low fan installed in the front of the device to ensure the temperature of the sample container in under the condition of 10 ℃ higher than room temperature. According to the need, the cooling system can gradually adjust the fan power through a regulating switch. Compared with other vibration dispersive devices, YJ high speed oscillators ensure that the test conditions and test results are relatively independent and equal.
Using PLC touch screen operation display system, it can be convenient for preset scatter time. The display can also display the remaining scattered time and total working time. If necessary, the clamping time and vibration frequency can also be displayed.
