1. No hard bulk material shall be mixed into the conveying material, such as brick, steel plate, etc., so as to avoid the damage of the screw machine.

2. It is necessary to keep the raw material filled with feed screw during production to isolate the air. Pay attention to the feeding situation of raw material in feed hopper during production, pay attention to whether the feed screw is blocked, and adjust the speed of feed motor by slowing down the feeding speed; Adjust the spiral motor speed of continuous pyrolysis main body to solve.

1. Q: Can we process mixed material of tire and plastic?

A: We don't advise it, because they have different oil yield rate and quality.

2. Q: Is BLL-16 Pyrolysis Plant a BATCH system?

A: No, semi-continuous with pretreating system.

3. Q: Also can this plant take all types of waste plastic?

A: Except PET and PVC, the rest can be deal with.

4. Q: What's the advantage of " Three in one"?

A: Oil tank, oil condenser,hydraseal Save installation time and land; with good cooling effect

5. Q: Does the reactor use the burnable gases generated by the pyrolysis process as additional fuel to heat the reactor?

A: Yes.The combustible gas generated during the pyrolysis process after the hydroseal desulfurization and imputoty removal, can be used as fuel heating the reactor.

6. Q: Does the pyrolysis reactor have technological capabilities of disposing of metal fragments and contaminants deposited from processing of rubber and plastic material waste?

A: Our unique end side dischargeing design, which could enable discharging under 200℃ temp with complete sealing, 4-5 hours saving for temp cooling down.

Designed for semi-continuous type, we will add filter in the discharge screw, which will separate the carbon black small wires.

7. Q: Are there other locations. I saw an office in Canada. Is that correct?
