0.6-50mm yttria-stabilized zirconia Ball Grinding Bead
Its Zirconia content is close to 95% so it also called 95% Zirconia beads or high purity Zirconia beads.
The Zirconia beads we sell is manufactured from Zirconia Oxide powder and Yttria Oxide powder with addtives under high pressure
pressing.After pressing, the green beads are sintered at high temperature to form a tetragonal Zirconia Polycrystal (Y-TZP)
microstructure.
The Zirconia beads are used for superfine grinding and dispersing of zero pollution, high viscosity,high hardness and so on.It is applied to the equipments like horizontal sand mills,vertical sand mills,basket mills, ball mills,attritors.
