Cartridge Heater
Reheat Cartridge heater uses Ni80Cr20 alloy as resistance wire, high purity MgO as insulation, and heat-resistant alloy material as sheath. It provides concentrated heat in a limited space, small in size but heat quickly and precisely. A temperature controller could be built-in to realize real-time temperature feedback and control.

APPLICATION
Cartridge heater is the heater for metal block (dies or molds etc.), which uses Ni80Cr20 alloy heating coil as heating element, heat-resistant magnesium oxide as insulation, and heat-resistant alloy material as outer sheath. It's small but with quick and precise heating. A temperature controller could be used inside the cartridge heater to realize real-time temperature feedback and control.
