upgraded superior features

I, Lifting speed. New design is of Variable speed by VFD; Old type is of double speed by Pole-changing, contactor

a) Variable speed by VFD is of much less Lifting impact force & Noise than the Normal double lifting speed~~ greatly reducing the failure rate, esp, the damage rate of the vulnerable parts.

b) Our Smart Program planted to VFD (Inovance Brand)~~our UNIQUE technique, which reduce the Noise & Impact Force again

* Yaskawa/Schneider/Abb are also optional;

II, All the geared motors are German KPM brand, Instead of ABM brand, or, SEW~~fundamentally solve the worries about delivery time & after-sales service;

a) Top work performance same as Abm, even better~~KPM is of same brand reputation as SEW, Nord, ABM;

b) Delivery time is much faster, esp, for special power (660V, 480V, 60hz, etc) ~~within 1 month; Abm & SEW is too slow.

c) The maintenance is much more friendly~~KPM spare parts is much cheaper & faster than ABM & SEW.

* This year, Abm & SEW is very expensive, and, the delivery time is 2-6 months~~ too unreasonable;

III, New type is of Double Geared motors for Cross traveling~~assuring the top work performance, stable speed, & longer work life; Old type is of single Geared motors;

IV, More reasonable Structure design.

Modularized Design~~~Almost all the connections are by bolts, which greatly assure the Accuracy, and more friendly to the maintenance; old design has many welding joint, which unavoidably bring Deformation and affect the work Accuracy.

V, Other Superior Features

* Foundation for Intelligent Crane in future~~ this hoist is much more Friendly to the Smart Era.

Intelligence Era already comes. As a key elements to smart material handling system in non-person workshop & intelligence factory, electric hoist plays an essential role.

a) All is VFD control and We reserved the Net Gate in VFD for the PLC connection;

b) Our improved mechanical structure design is more compatible to the smart automation control system.
