Smooth movement of ore flow, even pulp mixture, less power consumption;
The air enters the tank through the transmission hollow shaft, and the air disperse evenly with the blade agitation;
Compact structure, easy to maintain;
Hollow shaft is ventilated to the bottom end, and the air enters into the tank with uniform distribution and small bubbles;
Adopt two new impellers, the agitation tank is featured with large impeller diameter, low rotation speed, small power consumption, which can reduce the wear of carbon;
Moderate agitation intensity, and uniformly distribution in pulp concentration and fineness, which can improve the leaching rate of cyanidation and the adsorption rate of carbon.
The impeller of this leaching tank is lined with wear-resistant rubber, low rotation speed and long service life.

Leaching Tank — Working principle

Gold Leaching Tanks bank is equipped with other auxiliary devices like carbon screen and carbon pump, etc. Made of steel and covered with rubber, upper impellers and lower impellers are connected with blot which improves balance capacity and service life. Main shaft is divided into two layer and linked by flange and reduces the slinging height. Multiple and disperse air holes can ensure the performance of mixing air and liquid.
