l         Elastic Flexible Corrugated stainless steel tube SUS304/SUS316L 

l         HT EPDM insulation pipe, up to 175 °C (347 °F) operating intermittent. 

l        More Thickness Seamless Jacketing. UV resistant and bird peck-Protective , Thickness  from 0.3mm to 1 mm is available

l        Elbow Compression fitting can be used to  connect OD12mm,15mm,22mm solar collector and copper pipe ,Other fitting size availble upon customer request.

  

ELatstic flexible corrugated stainlless steel tube : Flexible high-grade stainless steel tube 316L(or 304) for a temperature range of -196 °C to +600 °C.

 

HT EPDM insulation pipe : 13mm& 20mm wall thickness for option, light, flexible, closed cell, synthetic caoutchouc; free of PVC and non- CFC. Material class: B1 according to DIN 4102. operating intermittent up to +175°C . 

 

More Thickness Seamless UV-resistant Jackeing  : Seamless jacketing coated on the insulation pipe is with a super high density water proof polyolefin copolymer jacketing. have excellent performance of  UV-resistance ,bird peck-Protective, the jacketing thickness is required  by customer , from 0.1mm to 1 mm is available

 

 Connection fitting:ID22mm elbow compression fitting with DN16 Corrugated Stainless steel pipe,Connect OD 22mm solar collector or Copper pipe,

                                   ID22mm  elbow compression   with DN12 Corrugated Stainless steel pipe, Connect OD 22mm solar collector or Copper pipe,

                                   ID15mm  elbow compression DN16 Corrugated Stainless steel pipe, Connect OD 15mm solar collector or Copper pipe,

                                  ID15mm  elbow compression  DN12 Corrugated Stainless steel pipe, Connect OD 15mm solar collector or Copper pipe,

                                 ID12mm  elbow compression  DN12 Corrugated Stainless steel pipe, Connect OD 12mm solar collector or Copper pipe,
