With the increasing awareness of environmental protection in the world, the harmless and resourceful disposal of waste tires/plastic has become an important trend. The waste plastic /tyre recycle to fuel oil machinery is designed to process the waste into valuable products -industrial fuel oil, carbon black, and steel wire through catalytic cracking technology. 1. The main product - fuel oil produced by our waste tire pyrolysis machine is widely used for industrial and commercial purposes. With a heating value 10592.48Kcal/Kg, this fuel oil is a kind of good heating fuel that can be applied for boiler factories, cement factories, glass factories, and steel mills, etc.
2. It also can be refined to diesel by the distillation machine. The distillation diesel can be used as diesel fuel used in diesel burners or diesel generators and some diesel engines.

1. This Carbon black can be directly sold to cement or brick factory mix with cement or brick for heavy color.
2. Or pellet it used for heating.

Pyrolysis reactor
1.The pyrolysis reactor offers an oxygen-free and high-temperature working condition for pyrolysis process of feedstocks.
2.Manufactured with good material of Q245R boiler plate.
3.The rollers are engineered under the feeding port and oil outlet port which is external from the heating area to bring perfect rotating balance and long service life.

Condenser
1.Square box condenser offers a long condensing distance of 120 meters in total. The pyrolysis gas produced from pyrolysis reactor enters the internal condenser pipes connected in series. The condensing process is fast and efficient.
2.The diameter of condensing pipe not only brings larger heat exchange area, but also makes maintenance easier.
3.Combustible gas is collected by the system and routed to heating system as fuel supply. It saves fuel consumption meanwhile protect the environment.

Auto feeder
1.Hydraulic feeder can load more feedstocks since it can compact feedstocks while feeding.
2.Less feeding time and more loading capacity than manual feeding.
3.No workers enter inside the pyrolysis reactor to ensure safe operation.
4.Short internal time to start the next production batch.

Carbon black discharger
1.Carbon black is conveyed in a sealed condition to achieve pollution-free.
2.The screw conveyor is combined with condenser to help cool down carbon black.
3.Easy storage and packing from screw conveyor.

Dedusting device
1.The stainless steel deduster is which brings it strong dust adsorption capacity and good dust control effect.
2.Stainless steel material provides long life span for deduster.

Step 1: Feeding (2 hours). Feed tyres into reactor manually or with auto feeder;
Step 2: Preheating (2-4hours). Tyres gradually melts under high temperature and oil gas comes out;
Step 3: Oil producing peak (8-10 hours). Oil gas goes through the cooling system and is cooled down into liquid fuel oil; some oil gas that cannot be further cooled down into liquid fuel oil under common temperature and common pressure ("syngas") will be recycled to furnace for heating, saving your fuel;
Step 4: Cooling (4 hours). After the oil processing process is completed, leave the plant for cooling.
Step 5: Carbon black discharging (1-2 hours). Use a fully-sealed carbon black discharging system to discharge carbon black.
Step 6: Pulling out steel wire (0.5h).

Q1.The plastic and tyre can be process in one batch?
A. We don't recommend you mixed them together to process , because this will influnce the oil quality.
Q2. What kind of fuel oil does the pyrolysis machine produce ? does it can be used for diesel engins ?
It is a kind of heavy fuel oil , furnace oil , it can be used for burning as heating fuel , and widely used in industrial, like coal factory , cement factory , steel factory , power generator etc.
If you want to use the oil for diesel engines like trucks , tractors , ships , then you need further process the pyrolysis oil by distillation plant.
Q3. How long can be ready for sending to us?
A3. When we receive our payment or L/C at sight,we can deliver the machine to you with 25 days,if you have shipping agent,you should let us know advanced,so we can contact with them to prepare the shipping.
Q4. What is the oil yield of waste plastic and waste tires?
