NCM-4.8 Internal Combustion Turnout Rail Grinding Machine

 

Application:
It is mainly used to polish the defects of the rail ends and the overlap on the bifurcation point of the rail, also can be used to grind the flash burrs of the rail edge.

 

 

 

Feature:
1.Grinding device can be adjust freely in five directions, the directions are: moving along with the X axis, Y axis, Z axis and turning around with Y axis and Z axis.
2.The telescopic brackets device can be adapted to different gauge of operation.
3.The walking rollers are made of insulation materials. Ensure that the equipment body is insulation from the track.
4.The feed rates of grinding wheel can be adjusted accurately, which is convenient for operation.
