Main Configuration and Parameters:

 1.Air Mixing section                   

2.Primary filter section:  G4

3. Surface Cooling section, 

4.Heating section(Optional): hot water or electricity or steam.

5. Fan section: air fan to supply the air. 

6. Middle filtering section: F8

7. Humidifier section(Optional). 

8. Clean air supply section. to the filter box or to the room.

9. Air volume: 1,000-200,000 m3/h. 

10. Temperature range ：18～28℃

11. Relative humidity range：45～65%

 

 

Desiccant Rotor Dehumidifier

the desiccant rotor will absorb the moisture from the inlet air, so the inlet air get a humidity reduction, and the rotor will exhaust the moisture by renewable hot air drying.  

Air volume: 1,000-30,000 m3/h. 

Relative humidity range：below 45%

 

Water Chiller System

----Modular Air Cooled Chiller

Featured with modular design, can assemble multiple modules together for the required capacity, no need cooling tower, cooling water tank and circulation pump and loops, easy installation, easy operation, and easy maintenance.

Single module parameters:

Compressor: Scroll type. Refrigerant: Freon R22. Optional: R410A, 407etc.

Cooling capacity: 65KW/set. Or 100KW/set.  

Total range 65-1600KW for choose

Cooling water: outlet 7 ℃/inlet 12 ℃,  Outdoor temperature: 35℃.

 

-- Water-cooled Screw Chiller

Cooling capacity: various models from 140KW to 1680KW for choose..

 

Air Duct System:

Air duct is made from galvanized steel sheet,

Plastic Rubber insulation foam, Thickness: 25mm,

Fire retardant rate: class B.
