Main Application :
This machine is mainly used to crush waste tire and rubber ,the structure is gear transmission.
Note: this machine is only one part of the whole production line.
Structure:
This kind of machine consists of seat, Rack, two rollers,motor,cooling system,heating system etc
1.Rollers are made of chilled cast iron ,which are abrasion resistant with long service life
2.Rear roller is equipped with distance adjustment device,easy operation and convenience,turn the turbine to adjust the distance
3.Perfect emergency stop device can ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
4.the seal structure with special design can eliminate the leaking phenomenon of lubricating oil.
5.Human nature designed operating system reduces labor intensity

features:
1. The roll is made of chilled cast iron of vanadium and titanium alloys. (Rolls of G model are made of high grade steel with hard alloy welded on the surface.)
2.The roll face is hard and anti-wear. Both the front roll and the back roll are fluted. The internal cavity of the roll is processed to ensure temperature well proportioned on the roll surface.
3.The machine is equipped with an overload protection device to prevent the major components from being damaged due to overloading.
4.By LTG rollers - cold hard cast-iron security, its surface hardness is made, 68 ~ 75 HS grinding and smooth surface. Inside the hollow cylinder for use, can according to the requirement, the steam and cooling water is used to regulate the temperature of the rolls. Two rolls with different relative rotation speed, rubber roller into two broken sewing machinery in the process.
5.The machine is also equipped with an emergency device. When an emergent accident happens, just draw the safety pull-rod, and the machine will stop immediately.
