Go Green Cold Mix Colored asphalt is a new patented high technology product, uses eco-friendly cold mix processing and significant ultra thin overlay technology, the material can be storaged and shelf life unopen up to six months. Its suitable for landscaping paving, sport and leisure, public parks and gardens, bus lane, bicycle path as well as light traffic driveway paving. The paving thickness is only 1.0-1.5cm, which greatly reduce the material cost.

Application Area

 

Package are available in 20kg bag and 1 ton bag

 

Step one:

 

Preparation

 

1.   The product construction temperate should be above 0°C, recommend to construct above 5 °C

 

2.   Clean the Debris of the road. The surface should be free of ice, standing water, snow, and loose material.

 

Step two:

 

Paving 1.0-1.5cm thickness by standard asphalt paver.

  

Step Three:

 

Compact the surface as soon as possible, after  1-2 hours, compact 4-5 times to guarantee the compaction without crashing aggregate.

 

Step Four:  

 

Close traffic completely after construction. till pavement surface is dry and hard, depends on the weather, usually open to traffic after 6-12 hours.
