The machine is developed for transformer oil degasification, dehydration and filtration processing onsite at outside, according to the principles of vacuum separation, precision mechanical filtration, molecular adsorption and vacuum drying etc, It can work without any auxiliary mechanical equipment.
The vacuum drying principle of oil-water saturation temperature curve to carry out three-dimensional & multi-level oil-water separation technology, and multi-stages high-throughput deep-seated precision filtering technology to degas, dehydrate, filter and restores dielectric strength in insulating oil.
Through the dehydrator, degassing, filtration processes, the dissolved gases and moisture, solid particulate, contamination can be completely removed out.
