This Kelp Root Kombucha Tea is made with a fine powder that is prepared using a special process that uses the ends, or "roots," of Japanese kelp grown in the southern part of Hokkaido.
It features a mellow umami flavor and a lower salt content for its taste, which makes it enjoyable for everyone from kids to seniors.
Not only is it perfect for teatime, it's great to use for cooking too.
