Frozen Pizza Crust Base - Giuseppe Verdi Selection
Tasty Pizza Base made with simple ingredients ideal to prepare your own recipes and to be served with your favourite toppings.The product to be transported and then stored at -18°C.

An artisanal product that the consumer is not able to distinguish from ordinary pizza because its taste is identical to a dough processed at the time of order.
Then you will notice that it has surprisingly digested well!

It lends itself to your every idea, combination, taste and will! It can be used in pizzerias and restaurants, but also in cafeterias, pubs, wine bars, can be served for buffet, happy hour, party and brunch.
Convenient
The Pizzaiolo? We replace it with the fantasy! The wood-burning oven? Replace it with a refractory or ventilated oven! It does not need qualified personnel and professional equipment.
Preheat the oven to 220°C, take out the bases from the envelop.
For making a focaccia: add a drizzle of olive oil, when the oven reached the suggested temperature put the base on the oven grid at the center of the oven for about 6/7 minutes.
For making a pizza: add tomato sauce then shredded mozzarella cheese and everything else at your choice, when the oven reached the suggest temperature put the pizza on the grid at the center of the oven and bake until the cheese melts and start boiling all over the surface. Average time 8 minutes depending from the type of the oven.

Producer Profile
Elisa Food has a very long story and experience starting from the big passion for the pizza of his founder Clemente Fasce who, in 1976, after trials and trials, started to produce Pizza Beses, like the American Crust, in a very small bakery in the town of Novara.
After some wavering the product was well accepted from the market and the demand was growing day by day.
In 1982 Clemente decided to move from Novara to the near village of Vespolate because the production needed more space due to the increasing demand.
In 1988 also Clemente’s son, Edoardo, reached the Company and in 1990 was automatized the production line due to the increasing volumes.
n 1992 Father and Son, always due to increasing and divesifying of the demand, bought another building in another place whose name is Borgolavezzaro, near to Vespolate, for producing Frozen Pizzas, hand stretched, stone oven baked at wood fire.
There was no sense to have two establishment in different places of the same village so, in 1996, Clemente and Edoardo decided to move in to a new building where to merge the two different productions and there was born Elisa Food srl producing with two lines:
The American Crust line in ambient and frozen also plant based (Cauliflower, beetroot, purple carrot, broccoli, butternut squash, spinach).
The Hand Crafted line in frozen, hand stretched, stone oven baked Pizzas and Pizza Bases fresh or frozen also plant based.
Elisa Food is now producing ambient Pizza Bases, fresh or frozen pizzas with or without gluten, conventional, organic, vegan and plant based.
There was no sense to have two establishment in different places of the same village so, in 1996, Clemente and Edoardo decided to move in to a new building where to merge the two different productions and there was born Elisa Food srl producing with two lines:

GV SRL was founded in 2017 after important Fair tests on our products and we got many AWARDS (8 awards in London at BELLAVITA FOOD SHOW). Gabriele Zecca is the founder and he has been in food business since 1991. We have our private label GVERDI as premium line. We have selected also a RETAIL range of product with very interesting pricing point. We have more than 500 products food and wine. In few months we will reach 3000. we sell in Europe, Canada, Singapore, Russia and we have many open negotiation in all the world due too our interesting offer for HORECA and RETAIL MARKET. We are based in Parma in the FOOD VALLEY in ITALY (South of Europe) and we have a warehouse of 100.000 m2 capability. We sell also PRIVATE LABEL products of our clients in many categories.
