The ultrasonic welding is strong and durable, copper fin and copper pipes will use ultrasonic welding, which has high thermal conductivity. However, aluminum fin and copper pipes will be welded by laser welding machine, the production efficiency is higher and welding spot is more stable. At present, FITI Solar have 2 pcs ultrasonic welding machine and 4 pcs laser welding machine to guarantee the fast delivery time. Now we can offer solar absorber for the FPC factory or produce OEM & ODM solar collector for different clients.
