Description:

This product uses a unique lysis buffer system to lyse plant seeds. The lysate can be used as a template without purification. After adding the primers, the PCR Mix of this kit can be used for amplification.

Storage and Shelf life:

-Part I of this kit should be stored at room temperature or 2-8℃.

-Reagents Buffer SP1, Buffer SP2, 6X DNA Loading Buffer, under dry conditions, can be stored for 12 months. If you need to store the kit for a longer time, you can store it at 2-8℃.

-Part II of this kit should be stored at -20℃.

-Reagent 2X Seed PCR Easy Mix, if used frequently, it can also be stored at 4℃ for short-term storage (use up within 10 days).
