Product Description
Turning tire is suitable for any turning of workpiece 0°-360° clockwise or counterclockwise between processes to realize turning and lifting of workpiece. The whole machine structure of the equipment is inverted gantry type, using four reducer to drive the lifting chain to drive the workpiece turnover.
Major Component
Tire rotation mainly consists of swing arm, column, reset device, electric control and operating system.It consists of four columns, which are connected to the left and right columns.A driving mechanism is arranged on each column, and the sprocket is driven by a brake motor through a cycloid pin wheel reducer.
Two upper pulleys are arranged above the sprocket, and the upper pulleys are installed on the swing arm.The role of the upper pulley is to change the direction of movement of the chain and the position of the chain expansion.A guide wheel is attached to the lower part of the sprocket to increase the wrap Angle of the chain on the sprocket.

4, The control system includes: the manual control box of the main control cabinet. The manual control box is equipped with a 15-meter wire connection to the control cabinet. The manual control box can be used to operate the equipment in different positions of the equipment.
5, The manual control operation box and the main control cabinet are equipped with power start and stop buttons, flip direction selection switches and emergency stop buttons.
6, The control system is equipped with motor over current, over voltage and over torque protection.
7, The control system is equipped with temperature detection device, when over temperature stop and alarm.
8, The control system has simple and convenient operation, reliable operation, the whole operation can be near or far control operation, convenient for the operator to use at any station.
