Roadbest Manufacturer YLB80 Mobile Asphalt Plant 80t/h China Small Portable Mix Asphalt Plant for Sale
This is our 80t/h YLB80 Mobile Asphalt Mixing Plant for road construction to ensure fully and evenly asphalt mixing. This mobile asphalt mixing equipment adopts continuous mixing, which the aggregate mixing and drying are all completed in the drum. Our mini portable asphalt mixer is characterized by integrated system structure, easy transportation, simple operation and convenient installation. YLB80 drum continuous asphalt mixer meets the national standards to cover the usage of road construction, ranging from rural road to municipal road as well as level 3-4 highways.
The basic design & configuration of YLB80 is made up of the following systems:
- Feeding System: The feeding system is made up of three to four hoppers. The bottom of each hopper is equipped with a belt feeder, which is driven by a speed regulating motor to change the speed of the belt and the opening of the manual hopper door to adjust the feeding.
- Feeding Belt conveyor: A 4kw belt conveyor with belt length 19400x500mm conveys the materials provided by the feeding system to the drum. It is inclined, with the upper end connected with the feed port of the drum and the lower end supported on the ground. The machine is composed of an active drum, a driven drum, an upper and lower roller, a rubber belt driving motor, etc.
- Drum：The drum is equipped with different shapes of scraping blades. After the mineral aggregates enter the drum, it is lifted under the movement of the blades and then falls due to gravity as it reaches a certain height. Thus, forming a dense material curtain to continuously and uniformly mix until it gets to the end of the drum.
- Combustion System: The front end of the drum has a combustion heating device, two types of heating material are allowed, coal or fuel oil.
- Hot Aggregate Elevator: a bucket elevator, composed of skeleton, chian, sprocket, hopper, housing, driving motor and etc. Tilted palced on the rack, transfers the mixture from the drum to the mixture storage silo.
- Asphalt Supply System: It is composed of valves, pipelines, 1 1/2 inches heat-perserved asphalt pumps, 4kw driving motors and etc. It can carry out oil injection, oil suction, cleaning and other operations.
- Mixture Storage Silo: The 2.4 m3 mixing silo is used to store the hot mixture, equipped with a discharge door at the bottom, controlled by the air cylinder.

Equipment Characteristics
Feeding System
Standardization: The feeding system is made up of two to four hoppers, which can respectively load different specifications of aggregates to meet the requirement of grading.
Compact and Easy haulage: The feeding device is installed on a rack and a traveling gear train. The aggregate in each hopper flows to the aggregate belt according to different proportions through the batching machine.
Feeding Belt Conveyor
Continuous, even and stable: It consists of frame, driving roller, driven roller, rubber conveyor belt, upper and lower supporting rollers, guide rollers, driving device, etc. It sends a certain amount of cold aggregate into the drying cylinder continuously, evenly and stably.
Asphalt Supply System
Customizable: customers can choose to use asphalt heating pot which is mainly used for heating and insulating the liquid asphalt.
Heat-perservation: The liquid asphalt melted, heated and dehydrated by the asphalt melting pool is transported to the heating pot from the oil inlet pipe of the heating pot, and is heated and insulated by burning fast coal (other fuels are also allowed).
Adjustable: The amount of asphalt sprayed can be adjusted by controlling the speed of the asphalt pump through the speed regulating motor.
Drying Mixing Drum
Integrated: The drying and mixing drum is mainly composed of drum, rolling ring, chain ring, riding wheel, idler, end cover, smoke box,
driving device, lifting blade, grid ring, etc. It completes the heating, drying and mixing of aggregates in this part.Anti-fleeing and anti-aging asphalt: The grid ring can effectively prevent the flame of open fire from entering the mixing area and prevent the asphalt from aging.
Steady: A plurality of lifting blades with different shapes are arranged in the roller, and the aggregate is lifted and pushed forward at
different speeds in different sections.
Mixed Material Storage Silo
Heat-perservation: The silo body is wrapped with rock wool for heat preservation.
Easy haulage: The whole silo is installed on the silo rock with four pin shafts and stock. During transportation, it is removed cand placed on a special silo rack accessory.
Electrical Control System
Safe and easily operated: It adopts the mode of centralized control of electrical cabinet, each power circuit has thermal relay to achieve overload and overcurrent protection, easy to operate, simple and reliable.
Easy maintenance: The power part adopts three-phases asynchronous motor and electromagnetic speed-regulating motor, and the electrical control components are assembled centrally in the electrical cabinet, which is convenient for assembly, observation, inspection and maintenance.
