- Feeding System: The feeding system is made up of three to four hoppers. The bottom of each hopper is equipped with a belt feeder, which is driven by a speed regulating motor to change the speed of the belt and the opening of the manual hopper door to adjust the feeding.
- Feeding Belt conveyor: A 4kw belt conveyor with belt length 19400x500mm conveys the materials provided by the feeding system to the drum. It is inclined, with the upper end connected with the feed port of the drum and the lower end supported on the ground. The machine is composed of an active drum, a driven drum, an upper and lower roller, a rubber belt driving motor, etc.
- Drum:The drum is equipped with different shapes of scraping blades. After the mineral aggregates enter the drum, it is lifted under the movement of the blades and then falls due to gravity as it reaches a certain height. Thus, forming a dense material curtain to continuously and uniformly mix until it gets to the end of the drum.
- Combustion System: The front end of the drum has a combustion heating device, two types of heating material are allowed, coal or fuel oil.
- Hot Aggregate Elevator: a bucket elevator, composed of skeleton, chian, sprocket, hopper, housing, driving motor and etc. Tilted palced on the rack, transfers the mixture from the drum to the mixture storage silo.
- Asphalt Supply System: It is composed of valves, pipelines, 1 1/2 inches heat-perserved asphalt pumps, 4kw driving motors and etc. It can carry out oil injection, oil suction, cleaning and other operations.
- Mixture Storage Silo: The 2.4 m3 mixing silo is used to store the hot mixture, equipped with a discharge door at the bottom, controlled by the air cylinder.
