KSM-200
KSM-200 superplasticizer is a free-flowing spray dried powder of a sulphonated polycondensation product based on melamine. It has very strong absoption and dispersion effect to the cements. It is the one of the leader concrete superplasticizer which have the better intergrative index.
white color, high water reduction, no-air entrained type, low CI ion content to avoid steel-bars corrosion, and good adjustability to different cement. The early strength and impermeability are obviously increased after using this product. It further shows better construction property, water retention and steam curing adaptability. This product is in line with the national standard GB8076-2008 for concrete superplasticizer index.

Sulfonated Melamine Superplasticizer KSM-200 should be dry-blended with the other dry ingredients at a minimal dosage of 0.3% to 1.5% by total weight of cementitious components. The actual dosage should be determined through suitable tests prior to production and application.

Storage
This powder is easy to absorb the moisture from the air, so it must be kept in the original sealed bag and stored at the dry place. The temperature must not exceed 40. Do not be piled up too high.
