With a maximum production of 1000 pieces per hour, this screen printing machine shows its versatility in the immense configurations in that it can be offered. From a minimum of 8 pallets up to 20 pallets and from 1 color up to a maximum of 18 colors. From 400mm x 500mm up to 700mm x 1000mm the RUIDA PRINT answers the market needs. The RUIDA PRINT was not only built to last for ages and to be precise. It is also a screen printing machine extremely user friendly. It uses proprietary software created with the collaboration of several of our customers. It’s a system built by printers for printers. Every print head has its own control panel but the whole machine can be controlled from the central console. Every preferic (RUIDA flash, RUIDA foil, RUIDA flock) is connected to the machine structure and all the flux of information can be controlled from this central console allowing for very fast setup times. As an addition, using the PRU (Positive Registration Unit) the setup times will be even smaller making the whole operation more efficient.
