2. What's your delivery time?
Delivery time depends on your order quantities. In general, it will be within 2-30 days after receiving deposit. For large quantity orders, the delivery time should be confirmed with the order management dept.

3. What is your terms of payment ?
30% deposit in advance, balance before shipment.

4. Is it difficult to build a prefab house?

Totally not! You can build the house independently according to the construction drawings as long as you know how to use an electric tool. And we will also provide installation instruction and video for you, technicians will be sent to help you if it is necessary.

5. Do you provide on-site installation service?
We will provide installation services for big projects. Installation charge standard: 150USD/day, And you will be responsible for the cost of flight, accommodation and translation, and ensure our staffs’ health and safety.

6. How do you guarantee the quality of the products?
Strict product quality control. Each product from our factory will go through strict testing procedures, and must be 100% good quality before delivery.

7. How can I get the quotation of the project ?
If you have drawings and specific requirements, we will offer you quotation according to the information that you offered. If you need a design service, feel free to contact us and our engineers will design for you based on your requirements. And after that we will offer you a quotation.

8. What is your supply capacity?
We supply over 160000 sets standard container houses monthly.

9. Can you help to purchase the appliances and install inside?
We can help purchase some appliances if needed such as air conditioner, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven etc., and they will be packed into the shipping containers with container house.

10. How to get a fast quotation?
You can tell us the type, size, quantity, material of roof, wall, floor and other parts of container house, and we will check and offer you a quotation quickly. For the detachable container house and portable toilet, we can give you the price within 10 minutes after receiving the specification.
