Introduction
The YX3040-F series screen printing table is PCB solder paste printing equipment. It is a precision printing product designed for the single and double-sided circuit board solder paste or red glue printing requirements of frameless screen printing stencils. The working platform is made of high-quality aluminum plates processed into a honeycomb pattern with precision positioning holes, and The base is formed by welding thickened steel plates, providing strength,
stability, and long-lasting durability. The characteristics are as follows:
·The PCB is positioned using positioning pins, ejection pins and fixed plates, which not only facilitates positioning, but also ensures precise and repeatable operations.
·Registration adjustment is facilitated by moving the steel mesh with an X and Y-axis fine-tuning calibration on the printing platform.
·The steel mesh support employs a spiral screw rod for height adjustment, accommodating different PCB thicknesses.
·Frameless silk screens are securely held in place with front and rear clamps, and tension is easily adjusted with knobs for quick and firm setup.
