Q:How long is your process time?
Hongtai doors&windows:Usually,for regular orders,our factory will take 30 to 35 days to produce.Our factory’s making time depends on several factors:the color of the profile, the glass configuration and the total square meters.
Q:What is the doors and windows surface standard color?
Hongtai doors&windows:Powder coating is our profile surface treatment.Our stock and free colors are matt black, monument and pure white. Needs other than these three colors need to be charged according to the situation
Q:What is your payment terms？
Hongtai doors&windows:Usually, 50 percent of the deposit and 50 percent of the balance are paid before shipment.
Q:How to install doors and windows?Is there any difference from local installation?Do you have an installation agent or assign the installation team to project site?
Hongtai doors&windows:First of all, we will configure different installation accessories for different wall structures.
Secondly, we will provide you with installation solutions or installation guides.
