Baking Soda Low Profile Flow Thru Separator Round Vibrating Screening Machine
Introduction:
Baking Soda Low Profile Flow Thru Separator Round Vibrating Screening Machine uses two horizontal vibration motors as the excitation source. The vibration motors are placed on the side of the machine body. During the screening process, the material will make an elliptical motion trajectory on the surface of the screen under the action of the excitation force. While quickly reciprocating to complete the mesh movement, the vibration force can continuously peel off, disperse and reorganize the materials, allowing the materials to quickly pass through the mesh. Larger impurities are discharged from the upper outlet to complete the screening process.
The inline screen is characterized by large screening capacity because the material is discharged directly from the bottom outlet. It is mainly used for filtering out the impurities from the granular powder raw material in flour, starch, washing powder, metal powder, additives, chemical industry, non-mining and other industries. It has large processing capacity and is easy to integrate with the production line. Model diameters range from 600mm to 1500mm.
