Biaxial Geogrid
Biaxial geogrids are made from polymers that are extruded, sheeted and perforated and then stretched longitudinally and transversely. The material has a high tensile strength in both longitudinal and transverse directions. This structure also provides an ideal interlocking system for more effective force bearing and diffusion in the soil, and is suitable for large areas of permanently bearing foundations.
