Energy-Saving Low Regeneration Temperature Desiccant rotor PSC

applied to the production of Lithium Battery and have achieved significant results.

This dehumidification system reduces the regeneration temperature from traditional 120-140°C (or even higher) to 80-90°C.
Features
1. Composite Material
PSC adopts special inorganic silica gel material as main source. Designed for low dew point conditions with 86% silica gel, 12 inorganic fiber and 2% fire-resistance coating.

4.Change of Heating Mode

The desiccant rotor can be washed by water and wild detergent.
6. Core Component for Dehumidifier in Lithium Battery
Energy saving PSC has been used in Medium-Temperature-Regeneration and Low Dew Point Double Rotor dehumidification system for Lithium Battery, such as CATL, Lijia and Huifeng.
Products Structure and Dimensions
Besides standard dimensions (Diameter and Thickness), non-standard rotors can be customized according to customers' requirements, such as 50mm,100mm and 150mm.
The bearing can be customized according to customers' requirements if the bearings in the following picture are not your choice.
