Introduction Of Rotary Vibrating Screen

The rotary screen is composed of a hopper, an oscillation chamber, a coupling, a motor, etc. The oscillation chamber is composed of an eccentric wheel, rubber software, a main shaft, bearings, etc.
Working Principle Of Rotary Vibrating Screen
The rotary vibrating screen uses an upright vibrating motor as the excitation source. Eccentric weights are installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor. The adjustable eccentric weights are driven by the motor to the center line of the main shaft. In an unbalanced state, centrifugal force is generated to force the material to change and form an orbital vortex in the screen. The amplitude of the weight regulator can be adjusted according to different materials and screens.
