Chinese Official Factory Gas Boiler Low Nitrogen Gas Steam Hot Water Boiler Three Return WNS Gas Steam Boiler
WNS series gas/oil fired steam boiler is three-pass full wet back structure, adopting large furnace and thick smoke pipe to increase the heat absorption of the furnace and effectively save energy and reduce consumption. The threaded pipe and corrugated furnace greatly enhance the heat transfer effect and greatly save fuel consumption. The main structure includes: boiler shell, ripple furnace, reversal chamber, thread smoke tube, etc. The burner brand can be chosen according to user’ s requirement. WNS series gas/oil fired steam boiler is designed and optimized to produce low pressure steam or hot water with rated evaporation capacity from 1 to 20 ton/hour and rated pressure from 0.7 to 1.6MPa. The design heat efficiency is up to 95%.
our boiler is 3 pass design, to make the flue gas goes 3 times inside, 1st to reduce the exhausted flue gas temperature for environment friendly, 2nd great use the heat of the flue gas compared to 2-pass or 1 pass boiler, it’s much higher efficiency and save fuels how does the fire flow inside the boiler ? Fire from burner go into corrugated furnace, smoke goes to pass 2 through reversal chamber, then go to pass 3 through front smoke box, then go to economizer then go to chimney to the atmosphere.
