Fullcryo VPSA Oxygen Production Technology and Application

VPSA (Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption) oxygen production equipment utilizes an advanced adsorptive gas separation technology. It separates nitrogen and moisture from the air, efficiently producing oxygen with a purity of 80% to 95%. VPSA oxygen production equipment plays a significant role in traditional industries such as steel, glass fiber and special materials, papermaking,wastewater treatment, cement, ceramics, and glass furnaces, as well as in non-ferrous smelting, solid waste recycling, and other fields.

Fullcryo has developed a VPSA process flow suitable for high-speed centrifugal blowers, applying the technology of high-speed direct-connected centrifugal blowers to VPSA oxygen production equipment, reducing equipment wear and effectively extending equipment life.

Fullcryo's VPSA oxygen production equipment is an energy-saving and environmentally friendly product. Compared to traditional technologies, the blower and vacuum pump can save energy by 8-12%, with low noise and intelligent control, reducing the overall cost of equipment oxygen production.






The brief process flow of VPSA oxygen production technology

◆Low-pressure raw air is transported by a blower, and after dust removal through purification, it enters the VPSA system's molecular sieve adsorption tower for separation.
◆The adsorption tower is a two-tower or three-tower system that uses specific molecular sieves to adsorb nitrogen, carbon dioxide,and water vapor, while oxygen is collected in a buffer vessel.
◆Once the adsorption of nitrogen, carbon dioxide, water vapor, and other components in the air reaches a set control value, the adsorbent in the tower is thoroughly desorbed and regenerated through pressure reduction and vacuum pumping to a certain vacuum level.
◆Under the control of an automatic control system such as PLC or DCS, the program automatically controls valve circulation to complete continuous oxygen production.

The VPSA oxygen production process features low oxygen cost, low equipment operation cost, high degree of automation, small footprint,and convenient start-stop operation.

Fullcryo strictly follows the <<GB50030 Oxygen Plant Design Specifications>> or ASME standard to design and construct oxygen stations.
