FD150 multifunctional and efficient crawler down-the-hole drilling rig
The FD150 multifunctional crawler drilling rig is a versatile machine that combines photovoltaic piling, foundation piling, blasting, and percussive drilling.
It features a new type of single-strand high-strength crawler chain plate and an excavator walking motor, providing advantages such as strong climbing ability, durability, and long service life. The drilling rig is equipped with a 75KW turbocharged diesel engine from Yuchai, which consumes less fuel due to its innovative hydraulic technology. The rotary gearbox adopts dual motors and a high-torque transmission box, ensuring convenient movement and compact structure. Additionally, the advancing slide frame has a telescopic compensation function, providing stable drilling performance by supporting the ground during drilling. The photovoltaic piling can achieve diameters ranging from 150mm to 400mm, while the percussive drilling diameter ranges from 100mm to 350mm.
The rig employs a high-torque output motor for rotation, offering maneuverability, strong climbing ability, suitability for rugged terrain operations, convenient perforation shifting, high perforation efficiency, easy maintenance, and high reliability. It is an ideal multifunctional drilling rig for construction facilities such as photovoltaic piling, mining, highways, water conservancy, and power plants.
