Product Description
The machine used to sugarcoating the tables and pills for pharmaceutilcal and food industries.It is also used for rolling and heating beans and edible nuts or seeds.As its feature,the sugarcoating round pot is elevate,the heater suchoas gas electrical heater can placed directly under the pot. A separated blower with electrical heater is provided with the machine.The pipe of the blower stretches into the pot for heating of cooling purpose.thethermal capacity can be adjusted.
This machine is used for sugarcoat tablets and pills for pharmaceutical and food industries.It also can be used for roll-fry beans,nuts or seeds.The leaning angle is adjustable, and electrical stove or gas stove can be placed underneath as heating device.

This machine includes the main parts of the fuselage, worm box, sugar-coated pan, heating devices, fans, electrical and other components, it is driven by a motor through V-belt worm, worm, sugar-coated pan drive rotates, centrifugal force, so that the material in the pot roll up and down friction within reach icing mix, pill and lighting effects.
The speed can be adjusted and the hot air blower will be equipped on the machine. The coating bowl is made of stainless steel and the frame is made of normal steel with painting.
The chocolate syrup is feed from the thermal tank though pump to the mould, the mould is working under the refrigeration situation, lowest temperature can be regulated to -28 ℃ to -30℃, it makes the liquid syrup in the mould become solid in a moment. Then transferred to cooler of 5 ℃ to -8℃ though conveyor for further definite form.
The finalized shape enter the roller screen barrel for remove the burr of core and automatically discharged.
