Description
1. Working Principle:
This LSH series big vertical mixer machine (with heating for option) are able to perform uniform mixture for large volume of material in short mixing time by utilize the paddles the paddles rotation speed to gather the material from the bottom of drum center to the top, send the material flow back to the bottom and complete the mixing function in a short period of time.
2.Features:
1.Both mixing pail and vane are made of stainless steel,Vane can be disassembled.
2.Enclosed-type mining,featuring largecapacity,easy operation and high safety.
3.Dirctly driver by motor,not prone to slide,fast mixing speed and high efficiency.
2.Structure:
The machine is designed as a two-stage spiral conveyer.
a) The first stage quickly feeds the raw materials into the barrel.
b) the second stage continuously raises the raw materials to the upper end of the barrel. The hot air flows from the center of the lower part of the barrel. It is blown to the surroundings, and the dynamic process of comprehensive heat exchange is penetrated smoothly from the gap of the moving raw material to the bottom.
As the materials are constantly tumbling in the barrel, the hot air is continuously conveyed from the center to achieve the mixing and drying simultaneously, saving time and energy. If you do not need a dryer, you need to turn off the hot air source and use only the mixing function. Suitable for mixing granules, crushed materials and masterbatches.
