Shredder
The double-shaft shredder can meet the waste recycling requirements of various industries and is suitable for shredding thick and difficult-to-shred materials, such as electronic waste, plastics, metals, wood, waste rubber, packaging barrels, pallets, etc. There are many types of recyclable materials, and the shredded materials can be directly recycled or further refined according to needs. It is suitable for applications in industrial waste recycling, medical recycling, electronic manufacturing, pallet manufacturing, wood processing, domestic waste recycling, plastic recycling, tire recycling, paper making and other industries. This series of double-shaft shredders have the characteristics of low speed, high torque, and low noise. It adopts a PLC control system and can be automatically controlled. It is equipped with start, stop, reverse, and overload automatic reverse control functions.
The dual-shaft shredder adopts dual-shaft independent drive, so that the materials can be pressed accordingly during production to achieve automatic feeding function. The unique cutter shaft structure and rotating cutter can achieve low-speed and high-torque production during the production process. There will be no shaft winding or equipment jamming, thus improving production efficiency. This equipment is suitable for crushing various tough and viscous materials.
FEATURES AT A GLANCE
1. It has the characteristics of low speed, large torque and low noise. It adopts PLC control and has start, stop, reverse and overload automatic reverse control functions.
2. The motor + reducer drives the cutter shaft to achieve the shearing effect of low speed and high torque.
3. The bearing is six-layer sealed, effectively waterproof and dustproof, and extends the service life of the bearing.
4. After the tool is worn, the tool coating and welding repair technology is used to realize the repeated use of the tool and greatly reduce the maintenance cost of the tool.
5. Split box design, the entire cutter shaft (shaft, blade, bearing, sealing system) can be easily and quickly removed.
6. The cutting tools are arranged in a spiral to achieve efficient cutting.
7. Both the inner hole of the tool and the spindle surface adopt a hexagonal design to achieve uniform force stress on the tool.
8. Different types of knives can be selected according to the different materials and product shapes to be shredded.
